l’m gonna spill the beans on an exercise goal I’ve failed to hit every year since becoming a mom.
And I’ll walk you through 3 mistakes I’ve made, that I know you’re still making!

Who else is looking forward to 2023?!? Getting excited for a fresh start over here!! Are you already eyeballing your goals and thinking about how good you’re going to feel when you start your new diet plan? Or start eating clean again? Buckle down, tighten up, refresh, or whatever it is you’re planning to do—hah!
But here’s the catch—every single year before you’ve done fantastic with your tight plan for 4 days, right? That first January weekend is a doozy, but then you pick back up and do ok for another week, maybe two. Then you lose steam, toggle back and forth a bit, and then forget all about the goals you set….just to see the scale tick upward and your pants get a little tighter every month.
